Builds the grade list of the last management when GradeListState.status is GradeListRequestStatus.success, using SemestralGradeCard.
Shows an AlertMessage with the error message in case that GradeListState.status is GradeListRequestStatus.failure.
Shows a CircularProgressIndicator otherwise.
